Terms of Service

By purchasing art from me, you agree to my Terms of Service. Read carefully if you're interested in a commission!

  • Commission Duration: 1-3 weeks or earlier

  • I don't take on urgent commissions. I would classify a deadline of one (1) week after the agreement as a rushed commission.

  • Depending on the complexity of the piece and my schedule, the time it necessitates for me to complete a fully rendered piece can range from 1 week to 3 weeks.

  • Demands of the client will determine how much the commission will costs. (Depending on complicated poses, type of clothing, accessories, etc., +$5 minimum.)

  • HALF/FULL payment must be provided first to process your request.

  • Everything will be drawn in my art style only.

  • STRICTLY NO REFUNDS: Once I start working on your commission, refunds will be denied.

  • The artstyle I offer will sporadically change as a result of experimentation and improvement, but I always update that facts in my commission info.

I, The Artist:

  • I retain all copyrights over the commissioned work.

  • I have the right to decline request for any reason, such as:

✣ Commission vacancies are all taken.✣ Inappropriate or impolite behavior.✣ I consider the commission piece complicated to complete (please see will not draw section )✣ The commission piece requested is still beyond my present skills.

  • I have the right to use commissions for my portfolio, merchandise, etc. If posting, I will watermark that as commissioned work. OCs will never be used for profit.

  • I will keep you updated of the commission's status. Updates will be sent to you privately through your most convenient method of communication.

You, The Commissioner:

  • You will provide a clear instructions, descriptions, references.

  • You, as the commissioner cannot lay claim to the commissioned artwork. Please DO NOT resell/claim ownership of my artworks.

  • You should always give proper credits to the artist.

✣ You can post my art freely on any social media platform WITH proper credit.✣ Post the commissioned piece on your social media account/s and/or websites given that you will credit/tag/link my social media platforms (twitter, instagram, facebook).

  • You cannot use my commission work for commercial purposes without my permission.

✣ For commercial use, please inform me so I will be notified that it will be used to make a profit (either directly or indirectly).✣ Commercial Use: x2 of the total Price

Revisions

  • I will only accept editing the sketch three (3) times.

  • It is strongly recommended that you request revisions after receiving the sketch so I'll be able to proceed the lineart.

  • Upon finalization of the lineart, kindly refrain from requesting major revisions. (For example, altering more than half of the body or changing the pose.)

  • If the layout is substantially altered after the client has already given their approbation to the sketch, an additional compensation will be charged. To guarantee your satisfaction, please be honest in your feedback, remarks, opinions, and suggestions.

Payment

  • Local(PHP): Gcash, Maya

  • International(USD): Paypal

  • When paying in PHP via Gcash please note that I'm rounding to the nearest peso. (For example: I will round down for an amount that has 0 to 49 cents. 2,355.08 PHP rounds down to 2,355 PHP. I will round up for peso amounts that have 50 to 99 cents. 2,355.52 rounds up to 2,356 PHP.)

  • Paypal Fees to be shoulder by the client. (Using the PayPal fee calculator, I will calculate the additional fees (4.4%) and add them to the overall fee.)

  • When everything is settled and ready for payment, I'll send you an invoice.

  • Half of the payment must be sent in advance before I begin.

  • Full payment should be sent first before receiving the full illustration.

  • Prices listed are starting points; it's susceptible to alteration in accordance with the degree of complexity of the requested piece of the commissioner. Before the commission begins, this is a negotiable matter.

Finished Piece

  • I will only send the final piece once the full payment is receive.

  • Sent via E-mail

  • Final Piece includes with watermark artwork.
